Responsibilities

Roles are embedded within states’ Medicaid, health, or tech programs to modernize how services are delivered and improve outcomes for beneficiaries and staff
You’ll help simplify and streamline eligibility, enrollment, and renewal, introduce more user-centered and iterative ways of working, and align technology investments with real needs
You will collaborate across policy, operations, IT, and beyond to: improve system reliability, speed, and usability; reduce churn and coverage disruptions; strengthen in-house technical capacity; translate insights into roadmaps, prototypes, or technical improvements; support modern delivery practices that can be sustained over time
Ultimately, success means Medicaid systems become easier to use, more efficient, and more resilient while meeting compliance requirements and improving people’s access to care

Required

7+ years in software engineering, product management, human-centered design, customer experience, or related tech role
experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and stakeholder environments

strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
agile and iterative delivery practices

Preferred
