Help simplify and streamline eligibility, enrollment, and renewal
Introduce more user-centered and iterative ways of working
Align technology investments with real needs
Improve system reliability, speed, and usability
Reduce churn and coverage disruptions
Strengthen in-house technical capacity
Translate insights into roadmaps, prototypes, or technical improvements
Support modern delivery practices that can be sustained over time

Qualification

Required
