Responsibilities
Call on Physicians, Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and other potential referral sources to develop new business relationships
Prepare marketing plans and develop target lists with-in an assigned territory
Develop and maintain client relationships. Use skills to develop territories sales and marketing plan to achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas
Proficient in the explanation of benefits for patients and families
Represent Hospice Promise and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner
Interact with Hospice Promise patient care management and staff in a team fashion consistent with the organization’s service and teamwork culture
Maintain standards of high-quality customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines
Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE A HOSPICE BOOK OF BUSINESS
Three years experience minimum with established accounts
3 years marketing experience required
Demonstrate good communication skills, negotiation skills and public relations skills
Knowledgeable about the Hospice benefit and how to explain it to referral sources, patients and families
Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community
Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
This is a driving position, must have automobile, valid drives license and insurance
Preferred
Bi-Lingual a plus!
