Data Analysis & Visualization – expert level
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Analytics/Adobe CJA dataset
Story telling and attention to detail
Preferred: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
Business Practitioner Professional Certification
Years of experience required: A minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral analytics, specializing in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics
Experience with custom report/dashboard creation using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics workspaces
Deep understanding of digital analytics implementation requirements
Ability to critically evaluate designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and site performance
Proficiency in data visualization, demonstrating value without relying on traditional sales data
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Disqualifier - no experience collaborating with web site decision-makers or designers
Additional qualities to look for:
Background in the health care industry
Experience with user experience (UX) design principles
Proficiency in designing wireframes or mockups using tools like Miro or Figma
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
