Sr. Product Manager – Ads Monetization

As a Sr. Product Manager for Ads Monetization, you will drive the product roadmap for monetization systems, partnering with teams globally to enhance ad experiences and optimize revenue.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the end-to-end product strategy for supply-side monetization, including pricing models, yield optimization and inventory packaging across Samsung TV Plus and Samsung TV native home
Define and evolve monetization frameworks for direct and programmatic demand including PMP, PG and open exchange dynamics
Partner with senior leadership to set revenue-driving MBOs and overall ads monetization strategy
Partner closely with data science teams to design and operationalize algorithms that balance revenue, fill, advertiser performance and viewer experience
Translate complex monetization concepts into clear product requirements and roadmaps for Engineering, Privacy and cross-functional stakeholders
Maintain a groomed backlog and product roadmap for yield optimization improvements, pricing logic, floor strategies, forecasting and inventory management
Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams to define and deliver high-quality, extensible monetization capabilities
Partner with Sales, Ad Ops, Finance and Strategy to align product decisions with go-to-market realities and revenue targets
At as a subject-matter-expert for supply monetization internally, clearly communicating tradeoffs and business impact

Required

6-10+ years of Product Management experience with deep experience in ads monetization, ad tech and or CTV/digital video platforms
Deep knowledge of supply-side dynamics: pricing, yield optimization, auctions, direct vs. programmatic demand
Familiarity with ad servers, SSPs, and DSPs
Strong ability to identify new monetization opportunities by bridging cross-functional insights and leveraging engineering capabilities
Highly analytical mindset with experience using data to drive prioritization and product decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including asynchronous collaboration with distributed teams and comfort influencing senior stakeholders

Preferred

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or comparable technical experience
CTV experience preferred
