Responsibilities
Coordinates with creative personnel, marketing, and other graphic professionals to gather information and materials needed for design
Illustrates established design concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment
Assists with the coordination of photography, artwork, and printing. Has knowledge of and utilizes applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML
Performs work under direct supervision
Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter
May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!
Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Must be over 21 years of age
Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday
Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required
Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer
Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time
Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool
Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
