Senior Director, Integrated Marketing & Partner Engagement
The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) is a global professional association that is seeking a strategic leader for the role of Senior Director, Integrated Marketing & Partner Engagement. This position focuses on designing and overseeing AI-enabled marketing and engagement systems to stabilize and grow membership and revenue while leading a team of professionals in marketing communications and corporate engagement.

Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-driven marketing and engagement systems that expand HBA’s capacity without expanding staff
Automate high-frequency communications while preserving a high-touch, personalized partner, sponsor and member experience
Apply AI to segment, personalize, and scale engagement across partner and sponsorship sales tiers and across global member cohorts
Use AI-powered analytics and dashboards to establish baselines, forecast churn, and track ROI by tiers
Increase renewals and deliver measurable value with 150+ corporate partners and sponsors through AI-assisted high-touch system
Establish ROI reporting frameworks that compare cost of support and renewal revenue across sponsorship sales levels, optimizing resource allocation
Collaborate with the CFO to tie partner and sponsor engagement directly to retention and revenue growth metrics
Lead and mentor a team of corporate account management professionals
Equip summit and regional member leaders with AI-enabled toolkits (campaign templates, communications packs, real-time reporting) to drive event attendance and revenue
Use predictive analytics to increase events participation, reduce member & event attendee acquisition costs, and convert attendees into long-term members
Track and reduce churn at both the partner and sponsor levels, baselining performance and driving continuous improvement
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and media platforms, supported by AI-powered platforms, insights and personalization
Lead and mentor the team responsible for developing thought leadership, storytelling, and messaging that elevates HBA’s global brand
Continuously measure brand visibility, campaign ROI, and partner/member satisfaction through AI-driven feedback analysis
Lead and mentor teams, embedding AI as a daily working tool for productivity and scale
Collaborate across the CEO, CFO, and global/regional leads to align on commitments and shared outcomes
Model HBA’s core values of customer focus, accountability, innovation and pursuing progress
Ensure collaboration across departments and member leaders to facilitate integrated campaigns and cohesive team dynamics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive marketing, sales and account management leadership experience, with proven impact on sponsorship engagement, event revenue, and member retention
Demonstrated ability to design and deploy AI-enabled marketing and sales platforms to accelerate marketing, sales, communications, and customer engagement
Strong track record of tying marketing strategies directly to revenue growth, retention, and ROI outcomes
Expertise in integrated marketing, corporate account management, digital platforms, customer segmentation, and analytics
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across executive and global stakeholder levels
Preferred
advanced degree preferred
Experience in healthcare or associations is highly desirable
