Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day leasing activities for assigned National Account(s). Maintain open communication between Crown Credit Company, the dealer, and the National Account leasing customer from start to end of lease. This includes, but not limited to, generating new lease documents, approvals, lease processing and booking, existing contract questions, invoicing, lease extensions, quoting payoffs, early return charges and accounts receivable. Help build customer confidence and ensure the national account runs smoothly. Develop, implement, and provide reports requested by the customer as well as all special invoice requirements which may include special formatting required to upload to customer specific site(s)
Structure and approve lease and finance proposals to assigned dealers. This includes internal quoting, application entry, validate secretary of state and compliance approval, ensuring they meet the tax and disclosure laws for each state, follow up on pending leases, authorize document generation, verify, and finalize lease documents and book the lease
Interact with assigned branches, dealers, customers, and National Accounts regarding contract changes and information on existing contracts such as, but not limited to, rebooks, extensions, tax changes, equipment location changes, name changes, assignments, and special customer requests. This may include providing support and assisting peers with resolving customer issues
Conduct thorough review of customer’s credit information. Request financial statements and additional information from customer and branch/dealer. Provide recommendations to management on transactions requiring management review as defined by management
Handle special projects and perform other tasks as assigned including but not limited to, subscription updates for dealer personnel and working with software vendor and our internal IS departments for Crown Credit on front-end system issues and testing of new software upgrades

Required

2-4 years related experience
Associate degree (Business Administration, Accounting or Finance)
Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
Occasional travel (0-5%)
Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
Per 8-hour shift. Sit 8 hours and stand 0 hours. Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard. Infrequent lifting, walking and climbing stairs. Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.)

Preferred

A four-year college degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration or finance
Knowledge of the Company product line, customer applications and accounting procedures
Computer skills
