Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders across multiple functions
Lead and support performance review cycles
Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and exit planning
Support merit and bonus recommendation processes
Provide data-driven insights, scenarios, and pros/cons to hiring managers
Partner on headcount planning and budget coordination
Manage requisitions, approvals, and sign-offs
Navigate multi-state employment laws and compliance
Support performance appraisals across regions
Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
Comfortable working independently with senior leaders
Strong performance management and employee relations experience
Confident navigating ambiguity and change
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
