HR & Benefits Operations Manager
Kelly Hiring Solutions is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented HR Generalist to serve as the operational engine of a growing, multi-state organization. This role involves streamlining and automating HR processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting a diverse workforce with complex needs across the Southeast.
Staffing and Recruiting
Responsibilities
End-to-end onboarding & offboarding, including workflow automation
Acting as the HR liaison for branch leaders across the Southeast
Compliance leadership (I-9/E-Verify, OSHA, Workers’ Comp, Unemployment, FLSA)
HRIS optimization and system clean-up to create a single source of truth
Benefits administration, Open Enrollment, and carrier audits
Payroll data integrity and leave administration support
Recruiting support, job posting management, and job description standardization
H-2B visa coordination for seasonal workforce needs
Employee relations support and culture pulse during growth
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of progressive HR experience (Multi Site experience is a plus)
Strong background in benefits administration (required)
Proven ability to clean up, scale, and optimize HR systems
Comfortable auditing data and fixing broken processes
Thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
Preferred
Experience with I-9 audits, Workers' Comp, and multi-state compliance
