Account Executive
mya is a leading marketing software company specializing in the beauty industry, and they are seeking a Rockstar Account Executive to drive revenue growth and manage customer relationships. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, designing outreach strategies, and optimizing the customer journey to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: outreach → demo → close
Proactively generate demos through strategic outbound efforts (digital + relationship-based)
Consistently maintain a full demo calendar driven by your own activity
Follow up relentlessly—no fear of “no,” and no premature acceptance of it
Close new accounts and contribute directly to monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Design, execute, and refine digital outreach strategies (social media, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events)
Represent mya at industry trade shows, conferences, and events
Convert conversations into opportunities through charisma, confidence, and clarity
Track and measure conversion rates at every stage
Identify friction points and improve systems, messaging, and processes
Ensure customers feel confident, supported, and educated post-sale
Partner internally to continuously improve the mya experience
Track and measure all outreach, demos, conversions, onboarding milestones, and retention metrics
Maintain organized CRM and reporting systems
Use data to inform strategy, prioritize efforts, and improve results
Be accountable for outcomes—not just activity
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales and growth
Strong outbound and relationship-driven sales skills
Experience tracking metrics and managing a full customer lifecycle
Comfort presenting, demoing, and educating live audiences and individuals
Willingness to travel for industry events and trade shows
High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
