Responsibilities
Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risks
Coordinate with operational leads, clinical leadership, Quality department, Business Intelligence, and IT teams
Facilitate progress reporting and executive updates
Drive effective cross-functional collaboration and decision-making
Maintain project documentation and track performance metrics
Utilize organizational tools and processes developed by Behavioral Health Leadership
Coordinate project meetings including setting meeting agenda, notes and action items
Monitor project impact, track, and report result on clinical quality and patient experience metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor' required
4+ years PM/analyst experience in healthcare, including 2 yrs performing quality measurement or quality improvement activities
Experience managing operational healthcare projects
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with healthcare operations and change management (required)
Preferred
Master' in Behavioral Science, Public Health, or related field preferred
Familiarity with Epic EHR preferred (ambulatory)
Certifications: PMP or Certified Scrum Master (preferred)
