QVC Group is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands, and they are seeking a Manager for Fulfillment Center Operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound operations, maintaining safety and efficiency standards, and developing management and hourly teams.

Responsibilities

Build the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics and processes

Lead a team of Area Managers and hourly associates

Develop and administer operational procedures for perfectly completing activities for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of inventory accuracy

Guide strategic planning and forecasting

Develop teammates for career progression and learning

Improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouse

Use the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve perfect order fulfillment and provide operational insights to improve WMS effectiveness

Required

4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; prefer retail/e-commerce and apparel experience

Experience developing and managing 30+ employees

At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment

Experience using Kaizens or process improvement

B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent additional experience
