Business Development Representative (Full Sales Cycle)
Simera is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new revenue by owning the entire sales process from initial conversation to closing deals. The role involves converting qualified opportunities into long-term client partnerships, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and contributing to customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Run discovery calls and product/service presentations with qualified prospects
Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting through contract signature
Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the buying process
Manage your pipeline and forecast revenue accurately in the CRM
Negotiate contracts and close new client partnerships
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Represent with professionalism and credibility in the B2B market
Qualification
Required
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or Account Executive roles
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience conducting discovery calls, demos, and closing high-value deals
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and/or professional services sales cycles
Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to negotiate contracts and structure deals with business decision-makers
Experience working with SDRs or Lead Generation teams to close qualified opportunities
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
