The internship program offers a 10-week opportunity where participants will work on projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity, while also gaining valuable experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for improvement increase efficiency and productivity

Work cross-functionally with logistics, distribution, transportation, and business intelligence

Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion

Work on special projects improving internal processes or customer solutions

Build dashboards, spreadsheets, and custom reports to track key metrics and leverage data to define and deliver effective analytical solutions

Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, and programming languages such as Python or R to provide analyses for data-driven decision-making

Create and present presentations and reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations

Required

Seeking a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field of study

Available for the full 10-week program, 40 hours per week

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required on the first day of employment

Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table, advanced formulas)

Ability to bring new ideas, a fresh approach, and develop creative solutions

Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, maturity and good judgment

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and evaluate priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams

Preferred

Previous internship or work experience in similar functions/business units

Leadership roles on campus and/or community involvement

Study abroad or international exposure
