Responsibilities

Performs an array of warehouse functions that may include assembly of products/parts, shipping, receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or organizing and retrieving stock
Performs basic troubleshooting on automated packaging, sorting lines and their processes
Maintains inventory controls and assists in the troubleshooting of discrepancies
Follows established guidelines regarding safety and task completion, including meeting quality, efficiency, and accuracy standards
Complies with all company policies, including Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) and Japan Sarbanes-Oxley (JSOX) controls, hazardous materials handling (HAZMAT)
Effectively communicates in a variety of settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels
Preserves safe and clean work environment. Supports 5S (Sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain) and LEAN concepts to promote a clean, uncluttered, safe and organized work area
Provides guidance and task direction to less experience staff, as needed
Supports cross departmental labor share

Required
