Responsibilities
Serves as a technical consultant to assigned Health Plan(s) in the evaluation, design, testing, and implementation as well as to Service Operations on business initiatives that require FACETS configuration modifications
Responds to and completes FACETS configuration requests
This position is required to work a minimum of five (5) or more projects consecutively, depending on the size
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent technical experience
At least three (3) years experience as Business Analyst, Configuration, or Related Business Area
Microsoft Access or equivalent relational database application experience
Ability to build complex queries, reports, and macros
Preferred
Previous experience with Exchange or Commercial Plan, Product and Benefit configuration
Previous experience with Medicare Fee Schedule Pricing and NetworX Agreement builds
