Responsibilities
Draft, format, and prepare pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and discovery responses
Organize and manage case files and databases (electronic and hard copy)
Handle e-filing in state and federal courts (PACER/ECF)
Prepare trial exhibits, witness binders, and courtroom logistics
Track case deadlines, maintain calendars, and support attorneys through all phases of litigation
Serve as liaison between attorneys, clients, experts, and vendors
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and litigation tools like Relativity, CaseMap, or TrialDirector
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Preferred
Experience with AmLaw and complex trial matters strongly preferred
Trial attendance experience preferred
