Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team supporting key IT programs and business initiatives
Oversee demand management, project intake, prioritization, and reporting
Support operational processes, governance, controls, and improvement efforts
Partner with business and IT stakeholders across multiple sites
Ensure project timelines, service levels, and customer experience standards are met
Assist with troubleshooting, documentation, and deployment support as needed
Manage budgets, resources, and portfolio performance
Maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment; occasional off-hours work and local travel required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
8-10 years of IT program or project management experience
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and customer service skills
Background in governance, controls, budgeting, and process development
Experience working across diverse technical and business teams
Preferred
PMP, Scrum Master, CISA, or Six Sigma certifications a plus
Healthcare industry experience preferred
