Responsibilities

Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans and directing technical activities
Maintain Microsoft Project Plans and ensure accurate scheduling
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders
Facilitate Agile events (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and Waterfall project activities
Remove blockers and impediments to team progress; foster continuous improvement
Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members; oversee staff development
Analyze resource needs and market demand to assess project feasibility
Review and approve contracts and cost estimates
Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications

Required

5–7 years of project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Extensive knowledge of project management software (Primavera or MS Project)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong meeting facilitation and ability to influence without authority
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred

Scrum Master Certification or PMP certification
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with Visio or similar tools
Initiative and ability to drive action items
Analytical thinking and adaptability
