Account Manager / Customer Service

The Print House is seeking a full-time Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to join their front-of-house team. This role is responsible for managing multiple client accounts, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring timely communication with customers while coordinating with production.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously from quote to completion
Prepare quotes, process orders, and handle order modifications accurately
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, updates, and issue resolution
Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure timelines and specifications are met
Communicate clearly with customers regarding expectations, changes, and deadlines
Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts
Maintain organized records and follow internal processes consistently
Take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution

Required

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong computer skills, including: Adobe Acrobat, Typing and data entry, General office software
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a production-driven environment
Willingness to learn, accept direction, and improve through feedback and correction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, mid-to-high stress environment
Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and tasks simultaneously without becoming overwhelmed
Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through
Able to remain professional, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure
Open to direct feedback, correction, and continuous improvement
Dependable, punctual, and consistent in performance
Strong computer proficiency (typing, order entry, quoting, Adobe Acrobat)
Willingness to learn print processes quickly and accurately

Preferred

Printing industry experience is a plus, but not required
Candidates without print experience may start at an entry-level rate and grow with training
