Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and leadership teams
Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritize backlog
Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
Communicate program status clearly to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience as a Program Manager and/or Product Owner
Strong background in financial services (banking, payments, cards preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong Agile / Scrum experience
