Customer Service Rep Call Center (North Carolina Only Work From Home) - Monroe, NC
Decore-ative Specialties is a company focused on supporting their customer base through excellent service. The Customer Service Representative will manage customer relationships, process orders, and address special requests to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
Customer Support via Faxes/Internet orders
Follow all applicable standard work
Follow 5S guidelines
Places all types of fax or internet orders via the custom order entry system
Processes credits as required
Processes any specialty item action items for technical orders
Processes all special pricing requests to the pricing team
Qualification
Required
High School with 2+ years of experience in Customer Service Call Center/Sales or College Graduate
Computer literate with a good understanding of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Will obtain full understanding of all wood and Deco-form product lines: Doors, drawer fronts, glass doors, french lites, Drawer boxes, Moldings and accessory items, Finishing all types, Ready To Assemble (RTA) cabinet line - basic understanding, Basic specialty items
Will learn all system requirements for: Custom order entry, CRM, Email, Shipping, Anytime®
Candidate must reside within 40 miles of our North Carolina Facility
