Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical resource for multiple clients, managing everything from daily issues to long-term IT strategy
Plan and deliver complex technology projects across diverse environments
Install, maintain, and upgrade servers, networks, firewalls, and endpoint devices
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives
Lead meetings, delegate tasks, and ensure project milestones are met
Provide end-to-end solutions, from virus removal to high-level infrastructure overhauls
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of IT management or consulting experience
Experience working with a variety of technologies in fast-paced or multi-client settings
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindset
Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Must reside in Austin or nearby to support onsite visits
Preferred
MSP background strongly preferred
Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
Networking: LAN/WAN, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN
Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar firewalls
VMware, Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services
Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Intune
Desktop & endpoint support across client operating systems
