Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile cost basis records for client accounts
Support Gain & Loss and tax-related regulatory reporting
Investigate and resolve discrepancies across internal systems
Respond to internal inquiries related to tax and account reporting
Ensure accuracy and compliance with firm and IRS deadlines
Assist with testing and support of system and platform enhancements
Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
New grads welcome (Finance internships accepted)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to learning and professional development
Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field)
Open to new graduates with finance-related internships
Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Interest in financial operations, tax reporting, or wealth management
