They are seeking an Associate Digital Specialist to support day-to-day execution across paid media accounts, working closely with Paid Media leads on campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

Responsibilities
Support the setup and management of Paid Media campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and others
Help monitor performance and assist with ongoing optimizations (budget shifts, creative swaps, audience testing, etc.)
Support weekly performance reporting by pulling results, organizing data, and highlighting key insights
Maintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, and basic account hygiene
Stay curious about trends in paid media and bring ideas or learnings back to the team
Collaborate with internal teams to support client work and ensure timelines are met
Qualification
Required
0 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, Paid Media, eCommerce, or a related field (internships included)
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in spreadsheets and performance data
Interest in performance marketing and learning how to drive results through testing and iteration
Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions and learn quickly
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred (but not required)
Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or Google Ads
Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands
Basic understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
