Leads all support functions for Leave of Absence (LB), Specialty, and Workers' Compensation (WC) claims
Defines and implements best-in-class Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for claims processes
Oversees training, associate quality, vendor quality, and ensure compliance across all support functions
Drives continuous improvement in operational excellence and service delivery for claims management
Qualification
Required
5 years' experience in claim operations leadership at major insurer or TPA
Lead an enterprise Claims Operations strategy, benchmarked against top TPAs/insurers to modernize best practices
Drives financial improvement through severity reduction, leakage control, and vendor performance management
Executes large-scale change management and process redesign across complex, multi-business environments
Ensures compliance, governance, and audit readiness across the claims lifecycle
Uses analytics to improve cycle time, outcomes, and operational efficiency
