Responsibilities
Support product and non-product sourcing, supply chain risk, performance, analytics and tools as well as other strategic initiatives
Work in a matrixed organization with key individuals within each RTX Business unit
Conduct operational and spend analysis, development and execution of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, supplier performance management & operational support
Measure success through synergy and cost-savings initiatives, standard work development and improvements, and leadership and support of strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor or master's degree majoring in Engineering, supply chain, quality, operations or closely related field. Candidates must not graduate prior August 2026
30+ credits prior to starting the internship. Please submit a copy of your transcripts with your application
