Responsibilities

Update and correct redlined drawings from drafting leads and engineering teams
Convert legacy hand-drawn and AutoCAD files into 3D models and associative drawings
Create 2D drawings from existing 3D models
Incorporate engineering data and production floor measurements into drawings
Ensure all drawings meet company and ASME/ANSI drafting standards

Qualification

Autodesk InventorAutoCADASME/ANSI standardsMechanical drafting experienceWindows-based computer skillsAttention to detail

Required

A.A.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology, A.O.S. in Drafting/CAD, or Drafting Certificate preferred
Candidates without degrees must demonstrate strong 2D and 3D drafting proficiency
2+ years of professional mechanical drafting experience
Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault
Working knowledge of ASME/ANSI standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow drafting standards
General Windows-based computer skills
