Developing and executing travel strategy for the US region, partnering with global teams to ensure alignment while addressing local market nuances
Managing vendor relationships and negotiations with travel suppliers
Overseeing day-to-day travel operations, including bookings and expense processing
Leading process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
7+ years of relevant experience in corporate travel management
Previous experience managing a team is a plus
Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with operational excellence
Reliable, courteous, and flexible team player with a great customer service attitude
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and navigating change
Able to multitask and prioritize varying, sometimes competing requests
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently, making decisions quickly, and taking initiative to close the loop on outstanding issues
Can work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings and evening hours to handle urgent travel needs
Experienced with Google Workspace, Excel, and travel management platforms
Preferred
Ideally experienced with expense management systems (Workday or similar) and corporate card programs
Ideally experienced with Jira or similar systems
