Responsibilities

Conduct client meetings, working with internal SMEs and the service team, to bring Empower’s best thinking to clients in the areas of plan design, funding, administration, participant communications, compliance, fiduciary governance, and industry trends
Deliver periodic plan statistical, regulatory/legislative, and industry trending presentation to clients – both via phone and in person
Work with the client service team to develop, present to the client, and implement client business planning deliverables
Participate in new business final presentations and client site visits, building rapport with clients and managing client expectations, beginning with the sales process and continuing throughout the relationship
Effective communication and presentation skills
Effectively communicate ideas/messages in a clear and succinct manner
Articulate Empower’s value proposition, participant and plan sponsor experience, and relationship management value proposition
Share an understanding of capital markets and Empower proprietary investment management products and services
Plan for, negotiate, and effectively manage contract renewal process in timely manner

Required

FINRA 6 & 63 registrations required within corporate-established timelines
FINRA fingerprinting required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of relationship management experience working with large, mega and/or NFP market clients
Understanding and being conversant on revenue and expense variables associated with client relationships
Understanding of investment management products and services
Strong communication skills
