Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging eLearning modules, job aids, and microlearning for claims operations (intake, investigations, medical management, RTW, compliance)
Translate complex WC/TPA policies and workflows into clear, learner-friendly content using adult learning and instructional design best practices
Partner with SMEs (claims, clinical, legal, compliance) to gather requirements, validate accuracy, and ensure training aligns with regulatory and client standards
Maintain and update training content in the LMS, track version control, and continuously improve learning assets based on feedback and performance data
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in claims operations
E-learning content development experience
Training oversight experience
Talent development experience
Strong stakeholder influence
Ability to design training content in an electronic format
Experience in driving measurable improvements in the claim's lifecycle
