The intern will work on continuous improvement projects, assist manufacturing personnel, and contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and processes.

Support manufacturing team on continuous improvement projects
Assist manufacturing personnel
Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and processes through time studies, capacity analysis, and designing tooling and fixtures for use in the factory

Required

Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program, entering College Junior or Senior year in any engineering/technical degree (mechanical, electrical, industrial, aerospace, engineering technology)
Motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent team player who is willing to contribute and learn

Preferred

Lean / 6S
Relevant hands-on internship or school project experience
Data collection & analysis
Comfort with technical documentation & communication
