Responsibilities
Process inventory returns from regional distribution centers to the U.S. returns warehouse
Execute inter-warehouse transfer requests
Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in inventory systems
Maintain detailed trackers for all rework activities
Coordinate shipments to and from suppliers
Request and manage RMA numbers and communicate status with regional teams
Create pack slips and shipping documentation
Provide weekly status updates and reconcile inbound and outbound unit counts
Collaborate with Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure timely release of reworked units
Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies
Support increased receiving issue volumes related to direct D2S shipments
Partner with warehouse and planning teams to resolve errors promptly
Identify workflow gaps and inefficiencies
Propose and implement process improvements
Update SOPs and maintain accurate process documentation
Respond to ad-hoc supply chain planning and buying support requests
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced supply chain environment
Experience supporting shipping, inventory, or supply chain operations
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support
Strong coordination and communication skills
Experience working with inventory or ERP systems (SAP /JD Edwards)
Experience with rework coordination and RMA processes
Ability to analyze data and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Preferred
Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments
