Responsibilities
Perform data analysis to support day-to-day operations
Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure data integrity is maintained within our systems
Partner with others to identify opportunities for improvement
Work with large data sets to identify usable information for executive reporting and business decisions
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Excel analytical functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
Maintains excellence in customer service
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED and four years of experience
Associates degree and two years of experience
Bachelor's degree and no experience
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Excel analytical functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
Maintains excellence in customer service
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment
Requires frequent sitting, standing and walking to various locations to attend meetings
Must have normal or corrected vision and clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person
Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred in supply chain management, transportation and logistics, business or related field
Familiarity with Oracle ERP preferred
