Responsibilities

Procurement & Inventory Management
Coordinate purchase, receipt, and dispatch of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
Maintain accurate inventory records in asset management systems
Track and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documentation
Collaborate with vendors and finance teams to ensure timely procurement and payment processing
IT Asset Lifecycle Management
Plan and execute laptop/desktop refresh cycles for end users
Prepare, image, and configure new systems with standard operating environments
Decommission and sanitize old equipment per compliance standards
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Perform basic operating system troubleshooting (Windows/macOS)
Support end users with hardware setup, driver issues, and software installations
Escalate complex incidents to Tier 2/3 support as necessary
ServiceNow Ticketing & Workflow Management
Handle IT requests and incidents via ServiceNow
Update ticket statuses, ensure timely resolution, and maintain accurate documentation
Generate reports on asset usage, open tickets, and refresh progress

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in IT procurement, asset management, or desktop support
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Strong understanding of hardware imaging, deployment, and OS troubleshooting
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
