Responsibilities
Manage a caseload including commercial disputes, construction defect matters, condo/HOA litigation, and breach of contract claims
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Work closely with partners in a fully in-office environment
Take ownership of cases while collaborating with a small, high-performing team
Qualification
Required
1–5 years of business litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and strategic thinking skills
Comfortable fully in-office (Monday–Friday)
Florida Bar license in good standing
Preferred
Some trial exposure preferred (1st or 2nd chair a plus)
