Program Manager I

They are seeking a Program Manager I to oversee operations within the Children’s Developmental Services Agency, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while managing personnel and fiscal operations.

Responsibilities

Direct overall operations of the CDSA to ensure compliance with federal mandates, state policies, and procedural safeguards under IDEA Part C
Oversee administration of developmental evaluations, eligibility determinations, and service coordination for children and families
Manage CDSA budget and fiscal processes, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to funding requirements
Supervise and evaluate CDSA staff, including service coordinators, clinicians, and administrative personnel, to achieve program goals
Develop and maintain a network of enrolled early intervention service providers and monitor provider compliance with program standards
Implement quality assurance activities, including data analysis and program evaluation, to improve service delivery outcomes
Coordinate with the Early Intervention Branch and other stakeholders to support statewide program initiatives and reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and confidentiality standards in all CDSA operations
Provide consultation and technical assistance to community partners and professionals involved in early intervention services
Represent the Infant-Toddler Program in local interagency collaborations and public outreach activities

Required

Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution
Three (3) years of program experience related to the area of assignment
One year of supervisory program experience
An equivalent combination of training and experience

Preferred

Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in delivering early intervention services within a regulated program environment
Proven track record managing complex budgets, including monitoring expenditures and implementing fiscal controls for compliance with state and federal requirements
Expert-level proficiency in analyzing program data to evaluate service delivery outcomes and implement quality improvement strategies
Extensive experience developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with healthcare providers, community agencies, and interagency teams to support coordinated service systems
Skilled in preparing and presenting detailed reports and program documentation for internal leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards
