This role involves managing a caseload of students, providing proactive advising, and ensuring a smooth transition to faculty advising.

Responsibilities
Advise and support an assigned caseload of students from admittance through the faculty advising handoff
Proactively recruit and enroll students through structured outreach using the College’s CRM (currently Slate) and communication tools including phone, email, and text
Guide students through the admittance-to-registration process and assist with course selection and degree planning
Monitor enrollment activity and early academic progress using student success platforms (currently Starfish)
Identify enrollment, financial, academic, or personal barriers and connect students to appropriate resources
Provide walk-in support and assist with on-campus and virtual enrollment activities as needed
Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, Academic Affairs, and student support services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field
Preferred
Two years of experience in higher education, enrollment services, advising, or recruitment
Experience with student information systems, CRM, or retention technologies
