Responsibilities
Oversee complex calendar management, prioritizing requests and ensuring leaders are in the right place with the right prep materials
Plan and run in‑person and virtual meetings. Draft agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items
Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel. Handle itineraries, logistics, and changes
Draft and format correspondence, presentations, and reports with high attention to detail
Maintain strict confidentiality. Screen calls and messages. Resolve routine and some complex inquiries
Track expenses and prepare expense reports. Assist with vendor coordination and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
3 plus years supporting senior leaders in fast paced environments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365. Confident with Word formatting, Excel spreadsheets, and professional presentation design
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
High integrity and discretion with sensitive information
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
