Responsibilities
Lead technical design for Litify components including custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for Salesforce development
Architect and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi)
Establish and manage DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and environment strategies for multi-org deployments
Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across Litify and Salesforce implementations
Conduct code reviews, performance audits, and security assessments to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to translate functional requirements into technical designs
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to development teams for resolution
Ensure robust logging, monitoring, and error handling for all custom components and integrations
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
3+ years of experience implementing Litify with custom technical components
Strong expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, API design, and middleware platforms
Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools (Git, Copado/Gearset, Jenkins) and CI/CD pipelines
Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, Shield Encryption, and event monitoring
Proven ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in large-scale environments
