Analyzes production processes to identify waste and inefficiencies
Designs and maintains efficient plant layouts
Serves as backup CNC/mill programmer
Develops SOPs for assembly with focus on high‑volume fixtures
Review new projects for labor and material savings
Leads CI initiatives including Kaizen and waste walks
Trains employees in Lean principles
Supports cross‑functional teams and resolves production issues
Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
CNC programming or CAD/CAM
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Effective communication across all organizational levels
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
5+ years manufacturing experience
Lean Manufacturing experience
