Responsibilities
Lead, supervisor, and direct overnight stock associates to ensure efficient execution of receiving, processing, and replenishment activities
Assign workload, set priorities, and manage task flow to meet nightly operational goals
Ensure customer facing areas and stockroom are fully stocked, organized, and prepared for store opening
Execute and oversee floor moves, merchandising changes, and special operational projects as directed by store leadership
Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies, damages, or operational risks
Provide real time guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to overnight associates
Support onboarding and training of new overnight team members
Serve as the primary overnight point of contact for store leadership
Communicate nightly progress, challenges, and handoff notes to day leadership team
Support store leadership with operational insights and improvement opportunities
Establishes and maintains a positive work environment that supports high team member morale
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards; report concerns or infractions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1-2+ years of retail operations or stockroom experience, with prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast paced, overnight environment
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Ability to work an overnight shift from 9:30PM-6:30AM/10PM-7AM that meets the business needs, including weekends and holidays
