Customer Service Coordinator
Envera LIC, LLC, part of the Lesaffre family, is a global leader in fermentation for various industries. They are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer orders from start to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Process customer orders with a high level of detail
Plan, compare quotes and schedule shipments for completed orders
Generate necessary paperwork for international shipments
Interface with customers and internal departments regarding order status, logistics and delivery
Communicate tracking information in a timely manner
Keep customer and order records up to date across systems
Generate paperwork for stocked inventory as requested
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in customer service operations or account management
Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the telephone and in written form
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent people skills
Responsible with high ethical standards, organized, and detail oriented
Strong, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, with experience using Sage ERP being particularly helpful
