Business Development Manager
Lyra Technology Group is a private equity-backed holding company that invests in technology service businesses. They are seeking a Business Development Manager for Integrated Technology Group to expand their client base and lead business development efforts.

Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new clients using phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking
Build and execute sales outreach campaigns to convert prospects into qualified opportunities
Manage and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot) with detailed pipeline activity and progress tracking
Develop referral relationships and strategic partnerships that support lead generation
Represent ITG at events, webinars, and conferences relevant to target markets
Develop deep knowledge of ITG’s cybersecurity and HIPAA-compliant solutions to confidently articulate client value
Report market feedback and help refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and outreach strategy
Qualification
Required
3+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships roles
Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
Preferred
Experience in a B2B tech or MSP environment preferred
Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare compliance, or security-first industries
