Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT groups and clients to define system designs and user interfaces
Participate in all phases of development and implementation processes
Act as a project manager for special projects as required
Ensure integration and optimal functioning of Web servers and supporting systems
Conduct system tuning and optimization of data processing
Maintain and support the production environment
Analyze and research to develop solutions for complex projects
Work on various projects, either independently or as part of a team
Coach and mentor junior technical staff members as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 4 years of IT work experience in systems analysis, development, and engineering in an online environment
Proficiency in multiple technical environments with a specific business area knowledge
Ability to work on complex projects requiring analysis and research
Strong teamwork and project leadership skills
