Responsibilities
Works closely with SAG Leader and others to manage portfolio, including manage direct portfolio of Classified loans
Takes timely action so client losses are minimized and do not exceed budgeted standards
Assists with the restructuring and liquidation of distressed loans
Ensures timely and accurate reporting of asset quality, impairment, and charge-offs
Maintains strong relationships with business units to ensure smooth asset transitions
Monitors collateral values and ensure compliance with loan covenants and regulatory requirements
Assists with implementation of workout action plans, including restructurings, forbearance agreements, legal actions, evaluating bank collateral and documentation, and recommending alternative solutions as well as judgment/foreclosure litigation, asset liquidation and bankruptcy
Ensures all advances and loans comply with loan policy and approved structure with required legal documentation
Manages portfolio through complete and current knowledge of client’s financial condition, management’s performance and industry trends, and take timely action so client losses are minimized and do not exceed budgeted standards

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
5+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit risk, with emphasis in special assets management
Collection, loan restructuring, and workout experience required
Thorough knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
Project Management Workout Experience
Alternative Energy Workout Experience, including Solar, Battery, and RNG
SBA and USDA Workout Experience
Customer service
Communication skills (verbal & written)
