Responsibilities
Define, communicate, and continuously refine product vision and roadmap to guide Agile teams
Assess trends, customer needs, and competitive inputs to inform long term roadmap planning
Own, manage, and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring alignment with program priorities while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity
Make trade off decisions and ensure backlog items meet Definition of Ready / Done
Apply structured prioritization techniques (e.g., legal/compliance, must have, nice to have)
Refine user stories, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure shared understanding of requirements across the Scrum team
Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to improve delivery flow
Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and system demos
Act as the voice of the customer; validate increments with business partners, users, and stakeholders
Work with Product Managers to align on feature prioritization and PI objectives
Translate business requirements into actionable features
Support teams in estimation, sequencing, dependency analysis, and release planning
Lead end to end SAP S/4HANA customer master data migration, including cleansing, transformation rules, governance alignment, and reconciliation
Collaborate with functional and data teams to ensure master data design is aligned with enterprise standards
Drive mock migration cycles, cutover planning, and defect resolution across business and technical workstreams
Drive re architecture across material, product, and pricing structures, ensuring harmonized enterprise wide models
Collaborate with supply chain, pricing, commercial, finance, and engineering teams to align on future state data models and cross system dependencies
Lead the first LOB migration, establishing templates, frameworks, and reusable processes for subsequent LOB rollouts
Oversee redesign of pricing schemas, condition records, and end to end impacts across quote to cash and procurement flows
Manage execution across multiple business, functional, data, and technical teams with clear ownership, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking
Ensure delivery rigor through RAID management, KPI tracking, governance routines, and risk mitigation
Maintain alignment between Product Management, SAP functional teams, data migration teams, integration teams, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience as an Agile Product Manager or Product Owner
Ability to define, communicate, and refine product vision and roadmap
Experience in backlog ownership and prioritization
Ability to make trade-off decisions and ensure backlog items meet Definition of Ready / Done
Experience applying structured prioritization techniques
Experience refining user stories and clarifying acceptance criteria
Ability to collaborate closely with Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers
Participation in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and system demos
