2026 Co-Op: Operational Excellence (6 months, July 2026 start)

They are seeking an Operational Excellence Co-Op to support continuous improvement initiatives at their Oak Hill manufacturing facility, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in enhancing performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency across the site
Contribute to performance improvement projects by gathering data, identifying trends, and proposing solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and help drive sustainable improvements
Assist in the deployment of Haleon’s OpEx standards and tools, including maturity assessments and capability building
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share insights and support a culture of innovation
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
Must have an active student status for the duration of the Co-Op
Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, their employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization
Must be eligible to work onsite on a full-time basis during the internship duration (40 hours/week) and provide their own funding for relocation and commuting
