Responsibilities

Design and develop agentic AI and LLM-based solutions to detect, explain, and resolve anomalies
Build statistical and machine learning models using metadata and telemetry data
Analyze system behavior (e.g., latency spikes, performance degradation) and identify root causes
Gather, prepare, and analyze data independently using internal tools and pipelines
Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to operationalize solutions
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable explanations

Required

Strong background in machine learning and statistical data science
Experience building solutions in Python (primary language)
Data engineering skills (ability to source, clean, and prepare data independently)
Experience with agentic systems and/or LLM-based workflows
Familiarity with AWS (even at a basic level)
Proficiency in Bash
Experience with at least one additional programming language beyond Python

Preferred

Networking or telecommunications domain experience
Experience working with large-scale telemetry or monitoring data
